Dworo.io started with a simple observation. Employers kept telling us they could not find reliable people, while talented veterans kept telling us employers did not understand their experience. Both sides were frustrated, and both were missing out.
We founded Dworo.io as a veteran-owned staffing and recruiting firm to bridge that gap. Our recruiters understand military occupational specialties, rank structures and training, and we know what civilian hiring managers need to see.
